What is stored

Your sign-in email; the legal name, preferred name and mailing address you enter; credentials with license numbers, issue and expiration dates; CEU courses with hours, categories and attached certificate files; and any identity documents you choose to upload.

Who can see it

Only you. Every record is tied to your account and only your own account can read it. Identity documents sit in private storage under your own path, and the ID Vault can additionally ask for a PIN or passkey before it opens.

Where exports go

Summaries, registers and PDF packets are built in your browser and saved by you. Nothing leaves the app by email until email sending is set up for your account.

Outside services

Your sign-in provider (Google, Apple or Lovable) confirms who you are. If something breaks, technical error details may be sent so the problem can be fixed. There are no advertising networks, and your records are not sold.

Removing your data

Delete any single document or entry at any time. Deleting your account from Account settings removes your stored files and records with it.

Not a board filing system

This summary is an unofficial record-keeping digest. Final license approval remains subject to state board review.

CEU Vault is an independent tracking utility and is not affiliated with any state credentialing board.
