What CEU Vault is

CEU Vault is a personal record-keeping utility. It stores the credentials, CEU courses, certificates and identity documents you add, then shows progress toward the renewal requirements you enter.

Not a board service

CEU Vault is an independent tracking utility and is not affiliated with any state credentialing board. State requirement presets, board links and recommended trainings are saved references for your convenience — they are not official guidance and can change without notice.

Not legal or licensing advice

This summary is an unofficial record-keeping digest. Final license approval remains subject to state board review. Application summaries, compliance packets, roadmap plans and PDF exports are your own working documents, not filings, approvals or certifications.

What stays your responsibility

Verify current rules, deadlines, fee amounts and provider pre-approval directly with each credentialing board before you enroll or submit anything. Only your board can accept hours, approve a renewal or reinstate a license.

Your records

You can edit or delete any entry, remove individual documents, and delete your whole account and its files from Account settings. Exports are generated in your browser and downloaded by you.

Keep your own copy

Treat CEU Vault as an organized mirror of your paperwork, not your only archive. Keep the original certificates and documents a board may ask to see.
